Calla lillies seem to be very popular where I live. This was for a friend at work, I am now making her 1st anniversary cake for this Sat 3/29!! This was rolled buttercream, that was interesting. (not)
This cake is sooo beautiful.
I just took a course for rolled buttercream. Are you suggesting that it is not good to decorate a wedding cake with rolled buttercream opposed to fondant? It is still a beautiful cake. :idea: Ms. Mona.

Remona- No I am not suggesting that rolled b/c isn't good, I just had a difficult time getting it on the cake without it tearing. It seems to be more "delicate" than fondant. ;-)
