Face, hands,feet are gumpaste, face painted with luster dust. Baby is yellow cake with buttercream icing, shell tip. Bed is chocolate cake with buttercream filling, topped with fondant and fondant ruffles, the bottle, diaper pin, storks and others were make with chocolate melts
