This was a two tiered carrot cake with the top tent made with rice crispy treats covered with fondant. All animals were made of gum paste then painted. The elephant had all four legs together on top of the colored ball, then a stainless rod through the middle of both , then down into a hole drilled into the board. The balloons were cut, attached to a wire, dried, then added letters for name. He loved it. Thanks, very talented Susan Carberry !!
